The NimbleTrack Wireless 3D Scanning System is a fully wireless optical 3D measurement solution designed for high-precision industrial applications.
The system consists of an i-Scanner and an i-Tracker, both equipped with integrated processors and built-in batteries, enabling completely cable-free operation. This architecture provides maximum mobility, flexible deployment, and efficient workflow in manufacturing, quality control, and reverse engineering environments.
NimbleTrack combines blue laser scanning technology with optical tracking to ensure stable, high-resolution data acquisition across small and medium-sized components as well as extended measurement volumes.

Scanning Technology
The system offers multiple scanning modes to adapt to different surface types and inspection requirements:
Ultra-fast scanning using 54 blue laser lines
Hyperfine scanning with 17 parallel blue laser lines for detailed features
Deep hole scanning using a dedicated laser line
Large area scanning for extended coverage
Adaptive photogrammetry for improved volumetric accuracy
This flexibility allows the system to handle complex geometries and industrial parts with varying surface conditions.
