Ultra-large parts
The KSCAN-X wireless 3D scanner uses 4 × 21 blue laser lines for fast and efficient large FOV scanning, capturing extensive surfaces in a single pass. This 3D scanner delivers exceptional accuracy of up to 0.075 mm, with volumetric accuracy reaching 0.075 mm + 0.010 mm/m, making it ideal for large parts.
Adaptive photogrammetry
With its advanced adaptive photogrammetry system, the KSCAN-X 3D scanner delivers outstanding accuracy in long-distance measurements. This technology eliminates cumulative errors and maintains consistent volumetric accuracy, ensuring high-quality results for both large objects and fine details, even in demanding environments.
Medium and large-sized parts
The medium-distance scanning mode of the KSCAN-X 3D scanner, with 27 blue laser crosses, is designed for parts ranging from 0.5 m to 2 m. It captures complex details with an accuracy of up to 0.030 mm, ensuring precise inspection of medium and large-sized parts, including areas with challenging curves or fine features.
Deep hole measurement
The KSCAN-X 3D scanner features a more compact and lightweight design compared to similar products, with a shorter baseline and a dedicated blue laser line for deep-hole detection. This system enables precise capture of hard-to-reach areas such as pipe interiors or gear teeth, ensuring complete and accurate data collection even in the most challenging spaces.
