NimbleTrack Gen2
NimbleTrack Gen2 is the new wireless optical 3D scanning system developed by Scanology, combining wireless freedom, marker-free scanning, precise measurements, and portability. It delivers high efficiency and adaptability for parts of all sizes – from intricate components to large-scale objects.
NimbleTrack Gen2 provides ultra-fast wireless 3D scanning at 120 FPS, with a speed of up to 6.63 million points per second. It ensures accuracy of up to 0.020 mm and high resolution for complex details.
Compact and lightweight, the system operates without markers and features a 300 mm working distance and a 400 mm depth of field. Portable and compatible with multiple CAD/3D formats, it is ideal for parts of all sizes and industrial applications.
Ultra-fast scanning
Both the 3D scanner and the tracker use next-generation edge computing technology, delivering a smooth scanning experience at 120 FPS. In high-speed scanning mode, the system achieves a rate of up to 6.63 million measurements per second with 54 blue laser lines. Complex surfaces and fine details are captured quickly and accurately, making NimbleTrack Gen2 a true productivity booster for industrial inspections.
Thanks to advanced calibration algorithms and the stable CFFIM structure, the NimbleTrack Gen2 tracker ensures a tracking distance of up to 4.2 meters, providing flexibility and accuracy even for large-scale objects.
Ideal for small and medium-sized objects, NimbleTrack Gen2 also enables accurate scanning of large or extra-large parts, simplifying the inspection process regardless of size.
Trusted accuracy
Equipped with metrology-grade hardware and in-house developed algorithms, NimbleTrack Gen2 achieves system accuracy of up to 0.025 mm and volumetric accuracy of 0.059 mm – all without markers. It is the ideal solution for dynamic scanning of small and medium-sized parts.
Flexible dual modes
NimbleTrack Gen2 integrates an innovative dual-mode system: optical 3D scanning and handheld wide-area scanning. This provides the flexibility needed to meet diverse measurement requirements. Thanks to the integrated laser projection, the tracker can also be used as a portable 3D scanner for capturing point clouds. This mode extends the range and versatility of scanning, making it ideal for measuring large parts with high precision.
Adaptive photogrammetry
NimbleTrack Gen2 incorporates adaptive photogrammetry technology, which ensures exceptional accuracy for both short- and long-distance measurements. This technology eliminates cumulative errors and maintains consistent volumetric accuracy, delivering high-precision results for both large-scale objects and fine details.
